Public Dreams Workshop – Play, create, make!

Seeking affordable shared artist studio or office space?  Our non-profit arts organization has space for rent hourly or monthly!  We have a large, open and bright creation/rehearsal/studio space for artists/performance (individuals and collectives) with access to lots of art-making supplies including industrial sewing machines!    Also available is fully equipped office space available with access to Internet, printer, photocopier, phone, water cooler, gym and more!

Our hourly rates are as follows:
– $10 an hour – Individual Artists and Non-Profit groups
– $16 an hour – For-Profit Groups

- 20’ x 20’ OPEN space for performance rehearsals
– 2 x 3 x 6 foot tables

– Domestic Sewing Machine – Heavy Duty Babylock Pro-Line 4000
– Well stocked tool-kit (pliers, screwdrivers, exacto knives)
– Lots of other stuff that might be useful to you:  paper-cutter, tape, rulers, glue guns, tracing projector, etc…

– Photocopier and Colour Printer (up to 11×17)

– Pay for what you use items – tons of arts & crafts supplies, fabric and sewing supplies
– Button Maker and Buttons for a 1.25” – Button Maker Rental is $25, and buttons are each $0.50
