This workshop will focus on the history and use of shrines as a way of rediscovering, reclaiming and honouring our ancestral past. We will be building personal shrines and participants are encouraged to join in the creation of community shrine installations the night of the parade. Please bring photos, letters, personal momentos or anything else you might want to include in your shrine.
