Public Dreams has been making magic in Vancouver neighborhoods for the past twenty-five years. Most known for 'Illuminares' and 'Parade of Lost Souls' – events iconic to Vancouver's cultural landscape – Public Dreams facilitates large-scale community celebrations, and the creation of fantastical performances and public expression through the arts.
With our social enterprise, we provide crucial employment to hundreds of local artists, while generating revenue for our free public events by offering exceptional event services and expertise.
